Join an award-winning hospice team serving Douglas County for more than 40 years. Hospice of Douglas County, a division of Horizon Public Health, is dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, & quality of life for patients & their families. Were seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) who value connection, empathy, and patient centered care. Position will care for patients within a 30-mile radius of Alexandria. Will provide a wide array of personal cares and other supportive services for hospice patients and their families.
Minimum qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in hospice or with the geriatric population. Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test and have a valid MN drivers license and reliable, insured transportation. This is a Grade 2 MNA/AFSCME Council #65 union position. Starting salary range is $18.98-$20.14/hour with earning potential up to $24.77/hour.
