Job Responsibilities As an In-Home Support (IHS) Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support tailored to each person's goals and needs.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living skills Providing companionship and encouragement Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping Supporting community outings, shopping, appointments, and recreational activities Teaching independent living and life skills Promoting health, safety, and personal independence Completing simple electronic documentation Every day is different, making this a rewarding and meaningful career. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Auto insurance Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study Reliable, dependable, and compassionate Comfortable working independently Smartphone for scheduling and documentation No experience necessary—we provide paid training!
