Home Health Aide (HHA) - Assisted Living Join Our Caring Team! Are you compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our assisted living team. At our community, we believe in providing personalized care while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are hiring a full-time Home Health Aide on the day shift and a full-time bath aide on the day shift. Position Summary As a Home Health Aide, you will provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to residents in a warm, home-like environment. You'll work alongside nurses and other caregivers to ensure each resident receives exceptional, individualized care. Responsibilities Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Help with toileting, continence care, and mobility. Assist residents with meals and hydration. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Encourage resident independence while providing assistance as needed. Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests. Document care provided according to facility policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide outstanding care. Qualifications Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home care is preferred but not required. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.
