Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with proven ability to confidently manage behaviors, conflict and high-pressure situations Incorporate the CSSP Addendum into daily interaction with the individuals serve Assist the individuals served with problem solving. Maintain complete and professional documentation. Participate in scheduled and spontaneous recreational events, medical appointments, family events, psychiatric appointments, and other activities of the person's choice. Maintain clear, open, and honest communication with program management. Other duties as assigned.
