Awake or Asleep Overnight- 11pm-7am one week on/ one week off

Providing direct care support in accordance with 245D guidelines Assisting with daily routines (meals, reminders, light household tasks) Supporting community and social activities (walks, outings, errands) Providing advocacy and helping individuals speak up for their needs Assisting with appointments, health, and safety routines Offering guidance and positive support to reduce challenging behaviors
