Position Details At Heartland Industries a Store Manager and DSP must be dependable, flexible, and self-sufficient, while also demonstrating compassion, patience and genuine care for others. Strong communication and people skills are essential to creating a supportive, respectful and positive environment.

Requirements:

Must be 21 or older and have a Driver's License/No driving violations in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass a background check. All required training will be provided.

Manage day to day store operations Oversee daily operations, staff, clients, customer service, inventory, donations, merchandising Working alongside persons with disabilities to ensure job standards are met Document client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed. Safely transport clients as needed.
