Our caregivers provide compassionate, one-on-one support that truly makes a difference. Service Area We proudly serve clients throughout Minneapolis and the Western Suburbs . Caregivers must be willing to travel within this service territory (typically 20-30 minutes from home ). Job Responsibilities As a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA, you will assist clients in their homes with daily activities, including: Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying) Meal preparation and assistance with meals Medication reminders Transportation to errands, appointments, and activities Companionship and meaningful engagement Schedule & Availability Flexible scheduling Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts available Every other weekend availability required Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred (CNA, HHA, or caregiver), but not required Compassionate, dependable, and patient Valid driver's license Current car insurance Reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete two background checks Ability to pass drug testing Authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Ally Health (Telemedicine) Dental and Vision Insurance Aflac supplemental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Mileage reimbursement Paid training Why Join Home Instead?
