This is an active home where staff support children with daily living needs while participating in community outings, outdoor activities, games, and other engaging experiences. DSP responsibilities include providing supervision, assisting with personal cares and daily routines, preparing meals, administering medications as trained, completing documentation, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and encouraging each child's independence. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, active, and enjoys working with children.
