Primarily afternoon/evening shifts and some weekends About the Position Sparkles Home Health Care LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Female Individualized Home Support (IHS) Specialist / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an adult female in her home. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys building a genuine connection with the person they support. You will have the opportunity to learn her routines, preferences, and individual needs while helping her maintain independence, safety, comfort, and an active daily life. Consistency is especially important for this individual, so we are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, engaging, and interested in becoming a regular part of her support team. What You'll Be Doing Provide one-on-one supervision, companionship, and support with daily routines Assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and medications as needed Encourage independence and participation in preferred activities Support community outings, shopping, appointments, and recreational activities Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment Observe and communicate any changes or concerns Complete required documentation and follow the individual's support plan Schedule This position is approximately 32-40 hours per week , with a primary need for afternoon/evening and weekend availability . Exact days and hours will be discussed during the interview based on client needs and current staffing coverage. Consistent and dependable attendance is important for this position.
