Sparkles Home Health Care LLC is a Minnesota DHS-licensed 245D provider dedicated to helping individuals live safely and independently in their homes and communities. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide homemaking support and companionship services to a client in Richfield. Evening Shift:

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Week 1

Hours:

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday(32hours) Week 2

Hours:

Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday(32hours) Total Hours in two weeks: 64 hours Position 2

Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday(24hours) Total Hours in two weeks: 48hours Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities (conversation, reading, movies, puzzles, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Assist with laundry, bed making, and light housekeeping
• Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen
• Bathing
• Document services provided and complete required client notes
• Follow the client's support plan while maintaining professionalism and respect.
• Provide health care services in patient's residence (including showering, dressing and toileting assistance)
• Assist client with daily exercises
• Transferring assistance
• Perform housekeeping tasks (cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.)
• Assist with client's personal care activities
• Assist with laundry
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous DSP, PCA, caregiving, or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality care What We Offer
