Part-Time / On-Call (PRN) About the Position Sparkles Home Health Care LLC is seeking dependable and compassionate On-Call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Caregivers to provide support to individuals in their homes and communities. This is a flexible, as-needed position for individuals who want to pick up additional shifts without committing to a fixed weekly schedule . On-call team members help provide coverage for staff call-offs, vacations, planned time off, open shifts, and other staffing needs.

Available Shifts Opportunities may include:

Morning shifts Afternoon/evening shifts Overnight/Night Supervision shifts Weekend shifts Planned open shifts Occasional short-notice coverage Weekly hours are not guaranteed. Available shifts and hours will vary depending on client and staffing needs. Pay Pay varies based on the service and assignment: Day/Evening

DSP & IHS

shifts: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Night Supervision shifts: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Specific pay will be discussed based on the shift, assignment, and experience. What You'll Be Doing Provide respectful, person-centered support Assist with daily routines and personal care as needed Prepare or assist with meals Support community activities and appointments as assigned Follow individual support plans Complete required documentation Maintain a safe and comfortable environment Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
