As a Direct Support Professional at EGH, you will: Receive recognition and rewards for your skills Accrue Paid Time Off Work for a small non-profit agency whose focus is always on what is important to and important for the people we serve Be a part of a group of people willing to lift each other up, spiritually, emotionally, and professionally Earn starting wages of $18.25 -$19.25 per hour Serve individuals in a Community Residential Setting (Group Home) Typical responsibilities include: Supporting the wants and needs of the individuals supported by providing a person-centered environment that balances what is important to, and important for, the individuals served Assistance with activities of daily living, such as cooking, cleaning, and balancing a personal budget Outings in the community for medical or recreational purposes Some assistance with personal cares Providing companionship Documentation of services and progress Communication with peers, families, doctors, case managers, or anyone involved in the lives of the people you serveREQUIREMENTS
: A valid MN driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Successfully pass a background check and driving record check Complete medication certification, CPR, First Aid and other training as assigned Strong English communication and ability to use computer for daily documentation.Job Types:
