Job description Excel Care LLC is seeking professional, passionate, fun-loving individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. We are looking for individuals to assist a West St. Paul-based client with daily life activities. We offer flexible hours for everyone. The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional (DSP), is to provide direct care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to: Homemaking Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients Assisting with hygiene management Independent living skills: Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities. Documentation of daily activities Communication regarding concerns of the clients: Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
