We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. We provide exceptional in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being. Join us in making a difference in the lives of those in need!
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming/bathing, and hygiene. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment. Document client care activities and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring the highest level of client care.
Requirements:
Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to make a positive impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must pass a background check. High school diploma or equivalent.
