This is a wonderful agency that supports individuals with disabilities in their activities of daily living. Requirements for employment include a valid driver's license, current car insurance, reliable vehicle, and a high school diploma/GED. Please bring these items to the interview with you. Training for all required certifications will be provided and paid for by us!! Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Foster effective communication and build relationships with clients. Implement behavior management strategies and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Maintain accurate records of client progress and participate in team meetings to discuss care plans.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
