Available Shifts Day Shift:

7:00 AM

• 3:00

PM Evening Shift:

3:00 PM

• 11:00

PM Overnight Shift:

11:00 PM

• 7:00

AM What We Offer Starting Pay:

$17.00+/hour (based on experience) $2/hour Attendance Bonus after 30 days

• focus on meaningful, quality care What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them build independence and confidence.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, housekeeping) Supporting individuals in developing life skills and independence Encouraging community involvement and social interaction Providing transportation to appointments and activities Documenting services and maintaining accurate records Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment Following individualized care plans and behavioral supports What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule Ability to pass a background check or obtain an exception letter High school diploma or equivalent Ability to attend orientation and required training during business hours (Tuesday-Friday) Compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals Why Work With Us?
