We are currently seeking candidates for evening and weekend shifts. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Open positions are available in Raymore, Raytown, Grandview, Lee's Summit, Independence, and Liberty.
Job Summary:
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides basic medical and personal care services to residents. DSPs work under the direction of the client's doctor, company nurse, administrative team, and families, following all company and state guidelines for quality care and safety.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED (or in process within 12 months) Must be 21 or older with a clean driving record if driving a company vehicle Must pass a criminal background check Able to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with two-person transfers Must obtain or maintain required certifications (CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, Abuse & Neglect, MANDT, HIPAA, and Medication Administration — training provided if needed )
Responsibilities:
