Thursday & Friday:

3:00 PM - 11:00

PM Saturday & Sunday:

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM This is the only schedule currently available for this position. Applicants must be available to work all four scheduled shifts. About the Position Twin Oaks Independent Living is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in our residential Individualized Supported Living (ISL) homes. Our DSPs provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The goal of the position is to help the individuals we serve maintain independence, build daily living skills, participate in their communities, and live safely and successfully in their homes. Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care as needed Prepare meals and assist with household tasks Support individuals with community outings, activities, and appointments Follow individualized support plans and behavioral plans Assist with medication administration after completing required training Complete required documentation accurately and on time Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Work cooperatively with supervisors and other members of the individual's support team Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Must be able to pass required background screenings Must be able to complete required training and certifications Dependable attendance and the ability to consistently work the posted schedule Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disability services is helpful, but not required Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for: Health insurance, with employee premiums paid through weekly payroll deductions Accrued PTO and sick time Paid training Consistent 40-hour workweek Four-day work schedule Training No DSP experience?
