Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life within their home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
• Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
