Come Work With Us at TREK Healthcare! We are seeking two compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCA's) to provide in-home support to patients throughout our service area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence and quality of life while working one-on-one with patients in their homes. Schedule Part-Time position Variable schedule with weekend work required 10-20 hours per week with the ability to flex up to 30 hours per week based on business needs Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support to patients Assist with personal care, including bathing and grooming Perform light housekeeping duties Assist with meal preparation and other activities of daily living Maintain a safe and clean home environment Document services provided and communicate patient concerns to the clinical team Travel between patient homes throughout the workday Qualifications Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Ability to work independently in patients' homes Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ability to pass required background checks Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required Benefits Competitive pay Mileage reimbursement Employee Assistance Program (EAP) If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply and become part of our caring team.
