Albemarle Home Care and Hospice , a division of Medical Services of America, Inc. (MSA) , is looking for a Full-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Elizabeth City, NC ! If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy helping others, this is an opportunity to become an important part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of patients and their families. As an Office Assistant, you'll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting the compassionate care our team provides every day. What You'll Do Maintain accurate patient lists and daily census reports. Answer incoming calls and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team member. Maintain organized files, forms, and office records. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate staff. Order office supplies and help maintain office equipment. Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly, professional attitude. Monitor office reports and help ensure important information stays up to date. Provide general administrative support to help our team deliver exceptional patient care. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills required. At least 1 year of previous office or administrative experience preferred . Strong organizational and communication skills. A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to providing excellent support to patients, families, and coworkers. Why Join MSA?
