$16.50 per hour About the Role A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality, person-centered support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this rewarding daytime position, you will play a vital role in helping individuals increase independence, achieve personal goals, and actively participate in their community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with daily living skills and individualized goal-focused activities Support community integration, social interaction, and recreational engagement Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with supervisors and team members Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members as needed Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries at all times Qualifications Experience in direct support, caregiving, healthcare, or human services preferred (paid training provided) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-3:00 PM) Must pass a background check and meet all state and agency requirements Why Join Our Team? Please describe your experience working with individuals that are in the IDD populations. Please include organizations that you worked for, volunteered for, and/or personal experience that you have. Are you comfortable assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) after receiving training? These tasks may include but are not limited to: Personal Care, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Toileting & Continence Care, and/or Household Tasks. Would you be comfortable performing these essential duties as part of your role?Education:
