A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by offering encouragement, empowerment, and engagement to promote their independence and well-being.

Schedule:

Part Time:

Saturdays, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Requirements:

Must be dependable and comfortable with providing personal care (Toileting, bathing, meal prep, etc.) Minimum High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid drivers license and state minimum auto insurance. Must have a reliable vehicle and safe driving record. Minimum 3 Years Unsupervised driving experience Background checks will be performed on all applicants.

Prior experience working with client who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. About Our Company (A Caring Heart Case Management, Inc): Our company provides direct care services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We provide a variety of different services including day programs, group homes, community services, and more! Our direct care staff provides habilitative services aimed at providing care and guidance to our clients to help them learn, retain, and improve their skills! About This Position (Direct Support Professional): All trainings will be provided by A Caring Heart. Habilitative services provide instruction to individuals to help them learn, retain, or improve skills for maximal functioning. Skill building focuses on self-care, household maintenance, social and communication skills, money management, social and community inclusion, mobility employment, and self-regulation.
