Job Description
Duties:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with meal preparations
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, Clean criminal record, ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
