Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Teaching and assisting members in activities of daily living in the home and community
- Assisting with members personal care needs
- Empowering members to gain independence
- Providing transportation as needed
- Completing documentation of services via our digital records system
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Acceptable background checks and driving records
- Reliable transportation with proper insurance and valid driver's license
- Access to smartphone for documentation entry
- Completion of First Aid/CPR and other required training
Job Benefits:
- $17.00 per hour
