Job Summary Universal Mental Health Services is Hiring we are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals ( DSPs) to join our team in the Raleigh area. We have multiple Positions available supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to indiviuals with intellectual and developmental Disabilities. Assist with daily living skills and promote independence. Support individuals community activities, apponiments, shopping, and recreational outings. Provide transportation to community activites as needed. Assist with personal care when required. Follow each individuals's service plan and complete required documentation. Maintain professional communication with individuals, Families, and angency staff. Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to pass required background checks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for personal transportation assistance Passion for caregiving, supporting individuals with disabilities, and promoting independence Join us in making a positive impact by supporting individuals within their communities! Pay:

$17.00 - $21.25 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
