Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, toileting, and other needs as appropriate. Support individuals in developing skills that promote greater independence. Administer medications as needed and in accordance with program requirements. Provide transportation to individuals as required. Assist individuals in participating in community activities and accessing community resources. Provide support with medical appointments and other essential community-based services. Work collaboratively with clinical and program staff to implement residential interventions and support individual goals. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
