Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care Helping with mobility, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and fall prevention Assisting with meals, feeding, hydration, and light meal preparation Performing light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and client-related errands Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Observing and promptly reporting changes in a client's physical or emotional condition Accurately completing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation Maintaining client confidentiality and following all HIPAA guidelines and agency policies Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Successfully completed North Carolina PCA training requirements Ability to pass all required criminal background screenings Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (when required for assigned clients) Current automobile insurance if driving for work Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Strong communication and time-management skills Professional Expectations As a trusted caregiver, you will: Treat every client with dignity, compassion, and respect Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Arrive on time and provide dependable, high-quality care Follow agency policies and North Carolina regulations Participate in required training and continuing education Join the Veridia Home Care Team At Veridia Home Care, we know that exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers.
