Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that all breakfast offerings are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Your ability to engage with guests and provide assistance will enhance their dining experience. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items.
• Prepare foods in convection oven to keep food stocked and fresh.
• Provide excellent guest relations by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs. Requirements
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and service is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to assist with preparing meats and hot foods
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
