Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and have experience working with diverse populations, including seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning according to dietary needs. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Reminder for medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient monitoring and support The hours are 9 am to 12:30 pm Five days a week Monday thru Friday , no weekends. Skill First aid and CPR certification Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior. Ability to perform assisting clients with mobility needs. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Proficient in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
