A Caring Heart Case Management is hiring a Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in our Day Program and community-based activities. Minimum Requirements:

Are you able to physically push, pull, or lift 25 pounds, unassisted, on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds unassisted occasionally? Please respond "Yes" or "No". Are you comfortable assisting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) after receiving training? These tasks may include but are not limited to: Personal Care, Mobility Support, Meal Preparation & Feeding, Toileting & Continence Care, and/or Household Tasks.
