ABOUT THE JOB

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building things, and seeing a finished product come together? We're looking for an experienced Mechanical / Industrial Assembler to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a background in large-component assembly, metal work, carpentry, construction, fabrication, or industrial production . You'll work with substantial metal, wood, and structural components—not small parts on a production line. You'll use your experience with hand tools and power tools to measure, drill, cut, fit, align, fasten, and assemble components into finished products. If you know your way around a drill, impact driver, grinder, saw, wrench, tape measure, and other shop tools, and you take pride in building something correctly, we'd like to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assemble large metal, wood, and structural components. Read and follow drawings, measurements, diagrams, and work instructions. Measure, mark, drill, cut, grind, fit, and fasten components. Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work. Install bolts, screws, brackets, supports, panels, hardware, and other components. Position and align large components to achieve proper fit and finished dimensions. Work with materials that require careful handling and attention to detail. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship. Identify problems and make adjustments to ensure components fit properly. Safely handle and position large or heavy components. Maintain tools and keep your work area clean and organized. Follow established safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work with other assemblers, fabricators, welders, and production personnel to complete projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're interested in people who have practical, hands-on experience. Your experience may come from manufacturing, construction, carpentry, fabrication, equipment assembly, industrial maintenance, or another skilled trade. You'll be a strong fit if you have: Experience assembling large or heavy components. Experience working with metal and/or wood . Experience using both hand tools and power tools . The ability to accurately measure and work from dimensions. Experience drilling, cutting, grinding, fastening, or fitting materials. The ability to read basic drawings or work instructions. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail. A commitment to safe work practices. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Carpentry, construction, fabrication, welding, industrial assembly, or mechanical experience is highly valued.

TOOLS YOU MAY USE

Depending on the project, you'll work with tools such as: Cordless and corded drills Impact drivers Grinders Circular and reciprocating saws Pneumatic tools Wrenches and socket sets Clamps Measuring tapes Levels and squares Torque tools Other shop and assembly equipment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
