Presentation Partners in Housing is looking for up to 5 people interested in part-time hours to join our team of Tenant Support Specialists at Cooper House. Applicants must have availability to work a varied range of shifts including days, evenings, overnights, and some weekends. Job Overview As a Tenant Support Specialist , you'll be the on-site champion for our tenants—building relationships, supporting housing stability, and helping residents work toward their personal goals. This is a dynamic, people-focused role in a collaborative team that embraces a Housing First , trauma-informed , and harm-reduction model. Key Responsibilities Daily presence on-site; support tenants with housing needs Provide mentorship on independent living and communication skills Facilitate service access: healthcare, benefits, mental health, and more Support lease education, mediate disputes, de-escalate crises Document tenant progress and collaborate with service providers Foster a welcoming, respectful environment for all residents Requirements Must be available for weekend shifts High school diploma or GED (required) 2+ years in human services or customer service (or an associate degree) Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and documentation skills Familiarity with trauma-informed care and housing support is a plus Ability to perform physical tasks and respond to residents' needs on-site Must pass background check and have reliable transportation Why Join Us? Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 29.0 per week
