PM Position Summary:

Remedy Road LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate, energetic, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential Group Home team. Our Group Homes are designed to provide a safe, supportive, family-style environment where individuals with developmental disabilities can build skills, participate in their communities, make choices, and increase their independence. As a DSP, you're more than a caregiver—you are a coach, mentor, advocate, teacher, and member of the individual's support team. We want staff who can bring positive energy, patience, professionalism, teamwork, and FUN into the home while maintaining high standards for health, safety, documentation, and individual rights. What You'll Do As a Group Home DSP, you will: Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting when needed. Teach and reinforce independent living and daily life skills. Assist individuals with cooking, meal preparation, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, and household routines. Help individuals develop greater independence within their home. Support recreational activities, community outings, appointments, shopping, and other approved activities. Follow each individual's Individual Support Plan (ISP), Safety Plan, and behavioral support strategies. Who We're Looking For We want someone who is: Dependable

Individuals living in our homes depend on their DSPs every day. Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and consistency are extremely important. You should also be comfortable working in a hands-on direct-care environment and understand that supporting independence sometimes means teaching, coaching, encouraging, and practicing a skill instead of simply doing it for the individual. Qualifications!

Applicants should:

Have a genuine interest in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Be dependable and report to scheduled shifts consistently and on time. Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and good judgment. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be comfortable providing hands-on personal care when required. Be able to work independently while remaining part of a larger team. Follow written ISPs, Safety Plans, behavioral strategies, and agency procedures. Complete electronic documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Successfully complete required background and registry checks. Possess a valid driver's license and meet agency driving requirements when transportation is assigned. Be willing to complete all required Remedy Road LLC training. Previous DD experience is a plus, but we also value reliability, character, compassion, and a willingness to learn. Implement positive behavioral supports as trained. And more! About
