What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same! This specific position might work in Franklin/Concord.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders (in accordance with NH state guidelines) Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth Assisting with community engagement-think outings, events, jobs, and social activities! Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Documenting services and following individualized service plans in compliance with state regulations
Where You'll Work:
Residential Homes:
Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines
Day Programs:
Get out into the community-support individuals at jobs, volunteer sites, recreational activities, and more
What We're Looking For:
Compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required) Ability to pass background checks in accordance with New Hampshire law
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in human services, caregiving, or working with individuals with disabilities (but not required-we will train you!)
