Personal Care Assistant Helping Individuals Remain Safe, Independent, and Comfortable at Home Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a career where you can truly make a difference in someone's life every day? New Hampshire Home Care Providers, LLC is seeking caring individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. In this rewarding role, you will provide non-medical in-home care that helps individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our clients include older adults, adults with disabilities, veterans, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, and others who need assistance with everyday activities. If you have a genuine desire to help others, we will provide the training you need to succeed. Responsibilities As a Personal Care Assistant, you may: Assist with light housekeeping and household organization Prepare meals and assist with meal planning Complete laundry and linen changes Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with grocery shopping and errands Provide medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments or community activities when appropriate Observe and report changes in a client's condition or home environment Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Work Location:
