HR What You'll Do:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Provide safe and compassionate assistance with daily routines while promoting the client's dignity and independence Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being Monitor the client's condition and report any changes, concerns, or needs to nursing staff or supervisors Assist with medication reminders as directed Assist with basic household tasks as needed to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Support mobility and transfers as appropriate to the client's needs Communicate closely with the healthcare team to deliver the best care possible A Few Must-Haves for
LNAs:
High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in NH Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role Experience providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality client care Valid NH driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
