Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care as part of a collaborative healthcare team. The LPN will play a key role in supporting patient health and comfort across daily clinical operations

$1,872 Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs and general health status Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within LPN scope of practice Assist with patient assessments and report changes in condition to the healthcare team Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures as needed Assist patients with activities of daily living as required Document patient care, observations, and interventions accurately in the medical record Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment Respond promptly to patient needs and requests Experience Current LPN license, or compact license Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program BLS/CPR certification required Prior clinical experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Reach out to our dedicated Recruiter, Aimen at aiman@raisso.com or call/text at (512) 361-2831 to learn more and start your journey with us today!
