## Overview We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in their daily lives. ## Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores
• Implement behavior management techniques and support individuals in developing social skills
• Assist individuals in accessing community resources and participating in recreational activities
• Administer first aid when necessary and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the individuals under your care ## Requirements
• Experience in assisted living, home care, or childcare is preferred
• Knowledge of working with people with autism or developmental disabilities
• Ability to implement behavior management systems effectively
• First aid certification is a plus
