Pay:

$20 to 26 per hour, based on certification, case type, shift and hours.

We staff within the shore towns, so you are not driving across the county Schedules built around your availability, not the other way around A safe and respectful workplace Training paid for, and a real path to lead caregiver and office roles What You Will Do Spend time with clients and offer kind support Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom Help clients walk, move, and transfer safely Make simple meals and help with eating Give medication reminders as allowed by the care plan Do light cleaning, laundry, and dishes Run errands or drive clients when the care plan calls for it Follow the care plan and keep clear notes using WellSky Phone App Report changes in a client's health, safety, or needs Protect each client's privacy, choices, and home What We Look For You are kind, patient, honest, and dependable You can follow instructions and work on your own You can speak, read, and write well enough to give safe care You can help clients move safely and do the physical tasks in the care plan You can pass all required background checks You have reliable transportation, insurance and a valid driver's license when driving is part of the job Ability to work in the U.S. Already working for another agency? Many of caregivers keep one case with us alongside their current schedule. Tell us the hours you have open and we will build around them.
