Spectrum for Living, a New Jersey not-for-profit organization, helps adults with developmental disabilities attain their maximum potential by providing quality housing and clinical services in state-of-the-art facilities and in the homes of families caring for a disabled loved one .

Basic Job Functions:

Ensuring that all residents are clean, well-fed, and provided for at all times (this includes toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and laundry work as needed) Providing transportation via company van to necessary medical appointments or other activities Assisting with meal preparation, serving, feeding, and clean up Communicating information in a clear and concise manner for client(s) Integrating new staff members into unit activities Actively participating in recreational activities with client(s)

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Valid

NON-PROBATIONARY

NJ or NY Driver's License (Driving is required) At least 18 years of age Ability to lift 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodations)

Full-Time Thursday

• Monday 7:00am
• 3:00pm Saturday
• Wednesday 7:00am
• 3:00pm Tuesday
• Saturday 3:00pm
• 11:00pm We offer fully paid on
• the-job training including CPR, First Aid and all NJ State licensing requirements.
