Help with general light housekeeping, personal hygiene, dressing and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. Help client with ADLS Experience working with companion clientele Must have good communication skills Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities Provide nutritional support to patients. (Preparing meals; feeding) Preform basic health care services for patients, including checking patients' weight, vital signs, and documentation. Administer medications Medication reminders for client Attend doctor's appointments with client Work with RN, LVN and other caregivers to meet patient's health care needs. Observe and report changes in patients' condition to Nurse Supervisor / RN. Maintain status with HHA in-service training. Work with limited supervision. Other supportive services as assigned. Reports to HHA Liaison, HHA Supervisor then Director of Nursing. Ability to travel with patient to appointments, restaurants, and shopping
