Food Preparation:
Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits, vegetables, meat, and poultry. Measure ingredients and help assemble basic dishes or plate meals.
Cleanliness & Sanitation:
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Wipe down counters, clean food prep surfaces, sweep, and mop floors.
Waste Disposal:
Empty garbage bins, take trash to dumpsters, and maintain clean waste disposal areas.
Stock & Inventory:
Unpack food deliveries, rotate stock, check expiration dates, and restock workstations with necessary supplies.
Safety Compliance:
Follow local health codes, food safety guidelines, and proper sanitation procedures. To assist in preparing and presenting all menu items in a professional manner as to maintain the high standards of quality set forth. To follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility. At all times, present a favorable image.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age. Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times. Must have excellent communication skills. Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally. Work extended hours during golf and holiday season. Work weekends and holidays. Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma 2. Culinary School Degree preferred. 3. 2 Years experience in restaurant and banquet arenas 4. Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times. 5. Must have excellent communication skills.
