•ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide live-in care for clients in Cinnaminson, NJ. Responsibilities:

Provide live-in personal care and daily assistance to clients in a residential setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Support mobility, transfers, and light exercise or physical therapy routines Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors or family members Assist with medication reminders and scheduled appointments

Requirements:

Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Caregiver preferred Ability to live on-site and provide continuous care in a client's home Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor Ability to assist with transfers and mobility — must be comfortable with physical caregiving tasks Reliable, trustworthy, and professional with a strong work ethic CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
