This role involves supervision, offering company, assisting our client with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including seniors. Hiring Immediately Duties Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundry and cleaning to maintain a safe environment Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times Document medical records accurately and timely in accordance with healthcare standards Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Assist with transportation to appointments or community activities when necessary Skills Proven experience in home health, long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home settings Knowledge of caregiving for seniors Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior NJ CHHA license certification preferred Ability to assist with ADLs using proper techniques and safety measures Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life This position is ideal for caring individuals committed to providing respectful, personalized care that enhances the independence and dignity of those they serve.
