Consistency matters:

although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. What You'll Do Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. Provide in-home support for a 21-year-old individual who is nonverbal and has epilepsy. The individual requires close supervision and assistance with daily activities, engagement, and maintaining a safe environment. This is a hands-on support role focused on companionship, supervision, and providing consistent care throughout the shift. Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs. Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. Qualifications Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. Experience preferred. Reliable Vehicle. Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Saturdays 10:00AM-5:00

PM Pay:

18-21/hr.
