Full Job Description Job Description:

WeCare Alliance NJ is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Providers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This role involves assisting with personal care, daily living activities, community outings, and implementing individualized support plans.

Pay:

$26/hour

Schedule:
FRIDAYS 9AM-3PM

NOTE:

You are able to take on more clients In the future for a heavier schedule. Clients are based on demand. This is for ONE!

Key Responsibilities:

Support clients with daily routines and personal care Encourage independence and skill-building Ensure client safety and well-being Foster community integration and social engagement Maintain documentation and follow support plans

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license preferred Experience in caregiving or direct support is a plus Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills Cpr/First aid Certified. Join a team that truly cares — WeCare Alliance NJ is committed to empowering both our clients and our staff.
