Home Care For You is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one support to a client in Old Bridge, NJ 08857. The Home Health Aide will provide companionship, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), safety supervision, and helpful reminders while promoting the client's dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. The family prefers a Home Health Aide who speaks Hindi to support communication with the client and family.

Position Type:

Part-time Essential Duties / Responsibilities Provide friendly companionship and meaningful social interaction. Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Provide safety supervision and support. Provide appropriate reminders throughout the day. Encourage independence and participation in daily activities. Support the client's dignity, privacy, and personal preferences. Communicate important observations or concerns to the family and/or supervising care team. Maintain a positive, respectful, and supportive environment. Follow the client's care plan and Home Care For You policies and procedures. Perform Home Health Aide duties consistent with the client's needs, care plan, and applicable requirements. Qualifications Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, PCA, caregiver, or similar care role is preferred. Home Health Aide certification or relevant experience is preferred, as applicable to the position. Hindi-speaking ability is preferred. Reliable, compassionate, patient, and dependable. Ability to communicate effectively with the client and family. Ability to provide safe and respectful assistance with daily activities. Must be able to complete all required background checks and agency requirements. Physical Requirements Must be capable of assisting with routine ADLs and performing light physical tasks as required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and provide appropriate assistance to the client as needed.
