Job Summary:
ASG Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in River Vale, NJ, USA . As a DSP, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping Encourage and facilitate communication, socialization, and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being and personal growth Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the individual's treatment team Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and services provided About the
