Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Union, Monmouth, Middlesex, Hudson, Sussex, and Morris counties. Your role Assist with personal care and everyday routines according to individual support plans. Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Encourage independence, personal choice, and community participation. Provide respectful, attentive support that protects each individual's dignity. Complete service documentation and communicate with your supervisor. We're looking for people who Show up on time and follow through. Are patient, compassionate, and respectful.
